Welcome to DeckStainPro.com. First off, this site was created by SaverSystems, the manufacturer of DEFY Wood Stains. It is a deck staining resource and help site for consumers looking for answers on how to stain their deck, as well as what is the best deck stain. Why did we create this site? Behind the scenes, we’re always testing and working to improve our products and formulas. In an effort to create the best deck stain on the market, we have ongoing test of dozens of the most popular deck stains on the market to see how our products compare.

Part of our testing process involved installing cameras above the test boards, and taking a photo each day. We assembled these photos into time lapse videos so you can see the actual weathering process over time. Our test results confirmed that DEFY consistently outperforms most other stains. After the testing was done, we decided to share the results with the rest of the world.
