DEFY Extreme Vs. Penofin Oil Blue Label

DEFY Extreme Vs. Penofin Oil Blue Label

DEFY Extreme Semi-Transparent Wood Stain Water-based was tested against Penofin Penetrating Oil Finish (blue label). After 14 months on pressure treated lumber, DEFY retained it’s color, did not peel, darken, or grow mold. After 14 months, Penofin shows extreme darkening over the entire board. No noticeable mold was present. While it did not peel, after 14 months, the stain appears to be completely gone.
